I wanted a wahoo kickr bike really bad but could not get one shipped to alaska by anyone I tried. I googled just in case and found out about Justin and fall line fitness. He is the wahoo dealer for alaska so he can get the bikes here. Not only did he have a kickr bike in stock to sell me but he came down to kenai and got me all set up on it a couple days later. The bike is awesome - really takes virtual riding up a notch - and service from Justin was amazing. Totally hassle free setup and he took the time to set me up on the kickr just like I’m set up on my road bike.

I would give Justin 100 stars out of 5 if i could. The first bike came in, and it was a dud out of the box, it happens, nbd. Justin and I spent some time troubleshooting it, and at best the handlebar controls would work intermittently. I opened up a ticket with Wahoo to try to get this sorted out, and figure out what the next steps were. This was easily the worst part of the experience, as wahoo left me hanging for about a week with no answer (this is NOT on Justin btw, not at all.) While Wahoo was working in the background, Justin came back over, we tried swapping to a display model's known good handlebars, and it still didnt work, which means there was a connection issue in the chasis somewhere. He then lent me his display model while he worked with Wahoo to bring in a replacement for the one i purchased. Wahoo, the saints, while they're communication frequency, and keeping me in the loop, could use some work, actually upgraded me from the KICKR Shift to the KICKR Bike (top of the line model) as an apology for the issues I encountered. My flabbers were ghasted, and i was completely floored. New bike got delivered today, Justin and I went through all the initial set up and testing, and even tested the incline function on Zwift. Everything is working perfectly, and we were done in about an hour. The experience Justin said i should've had the first time. Justin went above and beyond in every aspect of purchase, communication, delivery, loaning a temporary KICKR Shift, and redelivery of the replacement. While my experience with Wahoo direct started off a bit shaky, they came through in ways unexpected, and have gained a permanent customer. The only catch? They gotta keep the partnership going with Justin, cause I'm going to keep buying from him, and recommending him to anyone who's looking for indoor trainers.
